If there is one message that’s come from this process for me it’s – get the right advice and support before you waste a lot of time, money and effort.
I’ve always eaten well (or so I thought), been active and sporty all my life, but couldn’t lose that fat around the gut and niggly health issues (headaches, skin issues, bowel issues) just hung around. Everything I tried failed. When you get the right information you get the key to a healthy life.
